Looking forward to seeing the progress!
Looking awesome so far.
Why, thank you very much! I'm pretty psyched about having more room without the softies. The only non-sps corals I have remaining in the tank are a frogspawn, a candy cane, a pagoda cup, and a closed green brain. Like I said there are still some renegade purple mushroom polyps but I'm going to continue to yank em out until they are gone.

I've been slowly finding placement for the remainder of my frags. I have 9 left that are still either on the frag rack or sand bed. I'm going to try and finish that tomorrow and I will post pics.

Bonsai Acropora X 2

Random staghorn frag

I'm pretty sure this is a green slimer. I have a 'for sure' green slimer and they are identical.

Hawkins Echinata (I'm super excited about this guy. Absolutely beautiful)

More of the same Echinata

Light green staghorn with purple corallites and lime green polyps

I finally found a home for the tyree setosa

Tricolor acro.

When I first got that tricolor it was completely bleached except for a small purple tip. Here it is on February 22, 2012. As you can see it has done a considerable amount of encrusting and coloring up.

Ora Pearlberry (sorry for the shadow)

Pink Birdsnest. When I first got it in February, all it was was the 3 main stalks which had no off-shoots. All those branches grew over the past month. You can almost watch this guy grow

Not sure what this guy is... ID?

Purple Monti Cap top-down

Sorry about all of the different sizes of pictures; some photos I had already uploaded to my laptop, the smaller ones are pictures I had to e-mail to myself b/c I can't find the cable to connect my phone to my computer.
Seeing the difference in that tricolor acro makes me want to do a progression set. Before I get into all that I have to go through my iPhoto album and name all of the pictures to make it easier for me to do a timeline of specific corals. Something to do this weekend once I take my boards and have the spare time.
Hope you guys enjoyed the quick update. I have more pictures, but I want to upload them, rather than e-mail them to myself because as you can see the quality is a little worse via e-mail.

Looking back on these pictures I am reminded how fast some of these frags grow. I've been getting a lot of growth and I've had a few corals pop up out of the rocks that I don't remember. I'm surprised that nobody had any comments with all the images I posted over a month ago :-/ I just got my first nursing job so now that I will have a decent steady income I can take care of some things that I've been meaning to for a while like ordering new bulbs, either fixing the reactor I have or buying a new one, and of course getting more frags.

Hi,
Must be the time of day...I hadn't seen these pictures until now. The corals are looking good and growing. When we see our tanks everyday...we don't realize the changes.

Thanks for the comments everyone! The slowness of the site has really turned me off. I think it's just the time of year, though. I know I don't want to be sitting on my computer when the weather is nice.
Seth, I use a Mag 18 for a return, 100% flow through a SCWD. Also, two mp40's running roughly 90% on reef crest mode.

Also, I just realized I have monti eating nudibranch's. Of course it's during a time when I have little interest in my tank at all. I know that if I dont address the problem that I will regret it when my interest peaks again,..

Hey now, I'm trying to stir it up around here. But I can't do it alone!!!
I find myself going to other forums a lot more often these days. Sucks because I like the community here.

I did take out the one setosa that I saw the nudi's on and so far haven't seen any others in the tank. I'm hoping I got lucky, though I won't be surprised if more pop up.
