You're making the assumption and believing in the myth that fish wont grow to their "wild" adult size, in the home aquaria...that's completely, 100% INCORRECT. The reason you don't see large, adult fish is because the conditions they're kept in are not suitable and most succumb to disease and/or stress, before they reach that size.
All species of Trigger grow quickly. It's very common to have large, adult fish within 2 years, if given proper environment.
You're spending an enormous amount of money, to buy these expensive fish. What's gonna happen if we're all correct and you end up losing them all, because you and your friend wouldn't listen? It may be just me, but if that happened to me, I'd be sick.
Not to beat a dead horse, but most of us that have given advice have the experiance with these fish and are giving good, solid advice. Not only do we NOT want to see you waste this money, but more than that, we don't want to see the fish get killed for no reason.
Keeping fish is just the same as keeping any other pet. You're to provide proper habitat, varied diet and good, ethical care. With the size tank you have and with the stock list you currently have (and what else you want to add), you're just not providing that adequate environment.
