Tony Romo Discussion

A volitan lion would go to town on your damsels and shrimp, as well as any small fish you try in there. A better choice would be a fuzzy dwarf. Plus, they are a whole lot more active and put much less of a bioload on your tank.
Roy was starting to let me down at the beginning of the season. His coverage skills were becoming pretty poor. Hopefully, he has gotten past those issues, though.

No, no, no! I did not take it that way at all. You commented about the loss, and I was just reiterating my opinion that that should have been a win anyway. No ill feelings whatsoever.

Emmitt, I have said it once, and I will say it again. Sarcastic remarks lead to bitter arguments which leads to name calling which leads to the thread closed. Everyone has already said that they would like the threads to stay open.
You can comment about how great Romo played without taking digs at others. And you cannot use the argument that they would have done it if Romo fell on his face. It did not happen, so you do not know what would have happened.
I started the Irvin thread because I could not believe that he said something as inaccurate as he did. I was not thinking that it would turn into the same argument, since that thread got closed a week prior. I also said that I was not even referring to his playing ability. Once it did, I closed it. End of story.
I know you werent refering to his playing ability, you were flat out saying you believed he looked "high" and that "he must still be on drugs". That is not only beyond sarcastic its practically libelous. We had the exact same argument(where you not only allowed Scuba to call him a crackhead and worse a thousand times, you joined in) involving Irvin and and his character which you shut down(only after you allowed Scuba about 30 inciting posts about Irvin). Considering the next Irvin thread you started you had to shut down in less than 10 minutes(without me saying anything sarcastic or inciting ATALL) show how incredibly inciting your thread was. You may think those statements are true but you knew the response they would get. Right now, You wouldnt allow me to start a thread saying how incredibly pathetic some player on either the bucs or saints is, even if it is true.
As long as your buddies are trashing the cowboys or me, you dont have a problem with sarcasm. As soon as i point out how wrong Scubas and ru's 100 posts about Romo this week are, you immediately step in. Scuba said numerous times that defenses would gameplan Romo in 3-4 games and figure him out, i simply asked him what happened to that "rule" based on this yet another amazing game and thats so sarcastic you deleted it??

Happy Turkey day RU.
At the begining of the game i thought Galloway was gonna go on a tear ... Romo and TO must have racked some points up for you though. Did you start them?

Talk about twisted emotion!!! Romo scored me 47 and TO got me 20... i am up 67 to 14 (the other guy had Hansen)...
Tell you what... the Cowboys O line looked good today in pass protection... Romo stood in there and made 1 mistake that i could see (under throwing TO)...

Yeah that was at the begining of the game right?
Wow that is posting some points.
I know what you mean about twisted emotion. Every time I have a pitcher that starts against Boston I get this bitter taste in my mouth like Im betraying my team by feeling good but bad about a strikeout. Or if Big Papi bombs a pointless 3 run homer off my allready beat up pitcher.

yup... a fake screen and TO released... they called it a drop but it was clearly under thrown...
our fantasy has a high scoring system... the person in frst place of our league is averaging 122 pts...
i agree about the feeling of betraying your team!!! uuuhhhggg it hurts... lol...

Cool.
I was reading up on fuzzy dwarfs in my Marine Fish book and it says that Lions are not reef safe which I kind of figured they werent. But my LFS has a Volitan in his display tank with Mushrooms and some other stuff. What are your thoughts on that, I have also read in the Marine Annual Magazine that Lionfish are misunderstood when it comes to reef and that they would need to turn upside down to beable to access most corals, this is kind of strange to me but Im no expert.
Im starting to lean towards just starting a Aggresive tank with some Picaso Triggers and a Volitan.... but I was also thinking about adding a good sized spiny purple lobster about 5 inches big. Do you think I would still have problems with the lobster regardless of the kind and size?
Oh and what do you think is a substantial tank size for a volitan.
Thanks for your input in advance!

Yeah I agree.
In the 4th when it was clearly over and the Cowboys were on what , the 6, were you hoping Romo would get a chance to throw a 6th TD pass rather than kick a field goal on 4th and 1?
Those are the decisions that hurt me.
Did you see VanderJackass almost shank that kick? Ugh that burned me up. What was it a 18 yard attempt?
There are only 4 people postring in this thread and it is LARGE

Wanna talk about twisted emotion! I am playing against Romo!! He had 55 in our sytem and i need a win BAD!! Thank god i had barber(also Jones though  ) but i wish those were rushing tds instead of catches for him then id be alot closer. Would have been alot better if Romo only had 3 tds.
You gotta admit Romo is looking pretty darn amazing!

That field goal attempt was pathetic. And you could see him smile as if to say, "Man, I am gonna get my head chewed off." I really hope he does not cost the Cowboys down the line when they need a big kick.

actually 5, but Scuba is out for the weekend i believe...
Romo looked good... he stood in there, made his progressions... right now he reminds me of Warner in his first year mixed with some Plummer a few years back... qwik drop qwik release and very accurate but mobile and can scramble for a play... i hope he continues and not just this year...

I saw that smile it kinda irritated me in a way. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want this guy cut. They should have stuck with Cundiff so he missed a couple after coming back from a Hammy injury he still nailed a 58 yarder to end the half his first game back... Vander Jacked can barely get the ball 58 yards on a kick off.

I am glad that I am not getting picked on at work anymore after the Colts lost to the Cowboys.
The guys in the office and I were all talking trash to each other about the game and it really sucks having to be the one to go in and admit defeat.
