my turn now... everything was fine till i woke up , one minute at a time right? i guess i'm good but my generally sunny disposition has lately been partly cloudy with a good chance for showers if ya'll know what i mean

i quit the 21st of may tobin the 22nd of may so its been about 5 weeks for me with my bday approaching and all the old jokes i hope i don't break down tobin didnt on his bday everytime my uncle quit his day would roll around and he would light up... then again i'm not sure that freak has any willpower

Well I have to tell you guys/gals something that happened to me today.
I went on a kinda job interview, get to know ya type thing today. I was driving around with the owner of this company and meeting clients etc. Doing small stuff but basically just yaking about the work and what it all involves blah, blah, blah.
But the very cool thing was I wasn't thinking about of every opportunity I had to smoke. He didn't smoke and it was quite the relief that I didn't have to sneak out or excuse myself to smoke.
I don't know but it made feel a bit better about quitting and just trying to move on.
Still the smell just kills me to want one........

i was doing a main break last sunday and the guy i was with is a chain smoker i was crawling out of my skin , i just kept haveing thuoghts of throwing him in the hole
