Once you quit you have to replace the habit w/ something else. There is a guy that I worked with that had that laser treatment, and he quit for about 6 mos. Got stressed and started again...but it worked.
I also heard something about some new treatment that uses the "truth drug" the one that makes you tell the truth, I heard in an interview w/ Samuel Jackson that he did it and it worked for him...I don't know what its called but it sounds like it has something to do with hynosis.
Many people do also go cold turkey, you just have to make up in your mind that you are not going to do it anymore...mind over matter...

Not just nicotine pulling my strings right now...I'm fighting painkiller withdrawl as well.

I'm about out of my mind right now.
Still haven't smoked though

dude i can relate besides all the medical crap the irs wants me to go back to 04 for all my business expenses i had 33000 that year and the ex took the file cabinet when she split with me...tobin
