I've already forgiven him for calling me trailer trash last time he was here. Heck, just the other day he tried to insult me by calling me some sort of aristicrat and accused me of thinking i was better than everyone else.

2. Wife is a surgeon. I work in real estate as an independent. Why wouldn't we take advantage of her medical benefits, especially before Obamacare was implemented.
3. This one is imbecilic. So I'm out of the ordinary because I have two college-aged daughters?
4. Let's see. Texas A&M Is the second largest university in Texas, next to UT - Austin. The Houston A&M Club here in Houston has over 50,000 members. Now there's a coincidence.
5. Computer geek? I know my way around a computer, but I wouldn't call myself a geek.
As far as contributing to other forums? I've only have a saltwater tank for a little over a year. The only experience I have with it is what I learned from my sister, whose owned 5 or 6 for the last 20 years. So information I can provide to other members in that respect is rather limited. How many posts do you make in the other forums?
I find it comical you people spend more time gossiping like little women in a sewing circle about whose who that peruses this forum. What relevance it has is beyond me. I'm a member of a multitude of forums, anywhere from real estate, college football, high school football, golf, and news outlets. Every one of them have a section that's designed for open debates, just like this forum has this Aquarium section. I provide input in those as well when I feel I have something to contribute. These forums also have little "gangs" of members that stick together, and when someone "outside their circle" invades their turf, they attack like a pack of dogs against anything they may say or post. Doesn't really bother me, all I see it is a form of immaturity. You'd think grown adults would find other avenues to vent their frustrations when someone they disagree with gets under their skin.

Multiple times I've responded with facts, and you either brush them off or use this circular logic to infer something completely different. My "body bleeds liberal"? Do you want me to drum up some of the retorts reef and quills have called me, and the condescending attitudes when they disagree with their political views? Of course you say nothing of those, because they follow your same beliefs. You are the type that hates to be proven wrong. And when you're called out, you start the cryptic responses. The problem you have with me is that I never pander to your ideologies, and jump on your bandwagon and agree with any comment you post. I respond to your comments with a negative tone because that seems to be the only thing you understand. So I'm supposed to give you platitudes and accolades if I happen to agree with something you say? I believe I agreed with your position in your "pay for college" thread. I provided FACTS regarding how tuition rates have increased, and where actual costs occur, and you snipe back about how I obviously don't understand how tuition is based on "public funding". Your "concession of my points" is basically not responding to them any longer. How exactly do you provide facts or data with a personal anecdote? You went off on this rant when I simply talked about this guy buying this gun at an auction. I talked to the guy for maybe 15 minutes, and didn't even get his name. I just provided second-hand information, and you went off and called me a liar. So yeah, I do get condescending and insulting at time with my responses to your threads because that's the way you treat any response I make. I've started several threads on this forum, and for the most part, people don't respond to them, or they die off due to lack of interest. I hesitate posting any controversial topic like you, simply because I know what type of responses I'd get, since I'm that "bleeding liberal" you so eloquently stereotype me to be. Shoot, I essentially posted topics in this thread, one about the kid who walked down the street with his rifle, and another video about the guy that can't buy a .22 rifle for him and his kid. You seemed to ignore that one. If you don't like the responses I provide to your threads, there's a very simple solution - don't respond to them with a reply. Simply ignore them and move on.
