it's mean for a nano, it's not that big
In a nano tank, you don't NEED a skimmer if you practice good maintenance.
To install it, read the instructions.

Ok. How often am I require to do water change? My mom is nagging and said i should only do watch change every 3months or so... I would like to get the skimmer since buying salt all the time is pricey. Does skimmer reduces nitrate as well? Also, what the parameter for the tank before i can add corals well starter. Oh i was also talking to the LFS about the emerble crab and he say it can eat my shrimp if it catches it. o.o I have two peppermint shrimp at the moment. I am waiting for the LFS to get a slunk Cleaner shrimp. What is the require water flow for the started corals that you suggested? I currently have two pump. One mount to the side of the class and one in the filtration. Both of them together are running at 145 GPH. I know is kinda low but right that the best i can afford till i save up some money. I was going to do weekly water change till I get the Nitrate to completely 0 if that is possible.

You deffinatly need to do more research and reading before u jump in! If you dont it will cost you a whole hell of alot of money.
Before you buy anything, look at it in the store, if you like it go home and research about it, think about it, then buy it! I know its hard to shake the eurdge to buy buy buy but it will save u alot of money.

and your nitrates are a little high but not dangerous.
Ive had two clowns in my 10g tank + pj cardinal + a yellow clown goby + high fin goby..
two clowns are deffinatly okay..

Also you said you use prime to condition your water. I wouldnt use that, go to the pet store and buy R/O water to make your saltwater. Tapewater has metals and minerals in it, even after its been conditioned that can cause some effects.

I did a lot research. i didn't just jump right into it. I don't really buy much fish. I only wanted to keep two percula clown fish that is all. If i can get RO i would have already but that isn't around here for me to purchase not even the LFS i go to. I asked them and they say their RO unit has been broken and don't plan on repairing till they move which would be far away from me which I can't there because is not a walkable distance.

using bottled water like that will cost alot to do changes and top offs.. im sure if u get on the phone there a place to buy RO water.. Any of the supermarkets will have it, even if u just get 1gallon jugs of distiled water that be fine

How does reverse omsis water look like as like a bottle? I checked two super market today and they say they didn't have any. I bought mysis brine shrimp today. Well Actually the LFS gave it to me for free because I am a consistence costumer.

It will say DISTILLED right on the front of the bottle. You won't find bottled RO, but you can buy distilled.

Just an example of what a jug of distilled water looks like, typically found by the bottled water. Now, in some stores it is in the baby section.

Ohh. actually I think i saw those. I see distilled husky, distilled ice mountain, and some random brands. But they are like 2 bucks each. x.x The sticker that is attached what does it say as in like what in the water wise.
