ANYWAY...Last night I saw BUNCHES of those collinista snails in my seahorse tank...(I knew I had some, but they were all over)...so I pulled out about 5 and tossed them in the 29g....AND one of them had a kenya tree growing off its back

4-10 Water and sand added
4-14 rocks put into tote
4-15 rocks put into display
4-25 Mysis,live baby shrimp, 2 Cerith, 2 Nassarius, 1 Margarita added to display
4-27 Amm, Nitrite and Nitrate = 0. All previous additions okay. Will order CUC to see how they do.
4-28 Added 5 Collonista snails. Wants to add fish
Total time lapse 18 days.

About $20 bucks for the fish. Do I want to pay that and the shipping, and whatever other costs, to try to put the critter in the tank as a test to see if it is ready?????????????

LOL...Luck and I do not get along.....I am ordering some CUC and this fish is on sale for $6.99....so I thought MAYBE...BUT I know...I know...
I would never purposely take a chance on a fishy's life....

Figure out what you are going to do with the tank exactly before adding any fish.
I bet you could add fish and be fine...but considering this isn't Deuce Bigalo, you're in no hurry. I am a proud member of the Waitansee Tribe. You should join.

OK...I have some green fuzzy hair lookin algae, but tonight I noticed some green algae that kinda looks like fern....is this a normal algae to get????

Does it have like viny things that attaches closely to the rock? Pics?

I think I have a tad of this in my sump...that's why I asked...however it is in my sump and growing as fast as my chaeto...and since it isn't in my DT...I never really looked into what it is. Hopefully Henry can help
