Citron Gobie (1 or 2??)
A black clown (??)
A pearly Jawfish
Indigo Dottyback (shrimp ok with it)??
And with all the researching of fish I have been doing I just don't know...
ANY SUGGESTIONS? Do these sound ok? Should I add 1, 2, or all at once??

Looks great. One quick and small tidbit of advice:
I have a hob skimmer as well as it is a pain to take out the entire tube/cup as you did. I just get a long piece of airline tubing and siphon it out of the cup. Make sure it is long, so you don't get a mouth full of skimmer crud.
I don't know if this has crossed your mind or not.
Add the fish one at a time whenever you can. If for example you want two clowns, then get them at the same time...
Honestly, looks like you have quite a few fish. Without a sump, it would be rolling the dice on whether or not your tank can handle the bioload.

ANYWAY...the bakpak cup lifts right out, and I have it on the back towards the side...No problemos at all...
