Hehe get an SUV. We swore that there will never be a minivan in our house and that will hold.
Same here! With my twins on the way my sister is already busting my chops about when I'm gonna get a minivan. The wife and I both agree that we'll never own one!!

You could always get a REAL van

The one we had was awesome. The interiors on the good ones are like Lear jets, with all the wood and accent lighting. With flatscreens now, I've seen up to 32"s in there, sure there are better. The drive from Ft. Lauderdale to Vermont went by in no time when your playing GTA3.

The sizeable downfalls, are fuel economy, 9
mpg (I kid you not) around town. Highway saw upper teens and 20's some times. The other thing is the height issue, no drive-thru's, be very careful in parking garage, etc. And you always have to keep in mind that it outweighs a Suburban by over half a ton.

Nice!
:) It was his birthday present and other presents for this and the following 10 years. We got the burgundy colored one.
Sorry for the bad quality of photo, used my phone

Also ordered the additional back rack and rear seat back combo. Makes me feel a bit more home riding in the back. I've never worn a helmet before, but I'm now a proud owner of a 3/4 helmet hehehe

LOL, we had friends visit and they rented a Mini-van, it has a lot of advantages an SUV doesn't seem to....Easy entry, more room in the second row in most cases, DVD's and all kinds of storage, they sure are ugly though, and suck to drive....not that an SUV isn't too.

Since my 07 PT Cruiser got t-boned
, a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 QC 4x2. No a/c in Az + a 30 minute commute= sweaty backside. I am going to start buying older used cars from now on. Looking into late 80's, early 90's Chryco's or Volvo's. The Ram gets 15 mpg.

Hehehe I'll give up some of those features in order to keep my SUV. I absolutely love my Burb and what we did is take the 3rd row off and our twins have their seats in the captains chairs in the 2nd row. I do love the entertainment system, that was one of the features I requested when hubby went SUV shopping and I was home 8 months pregnant.
On a funny note, I left home one day and was wondering why my car was acting really sluggish. I was sure I had a flat tire or something else. I used the OnStar to have them run diagnostics on the car. The only thing they came up with was *Mam, you seem to have the 4x4 on. That would explain why it's sluggish*

True.... and if you drive that, you'd think you'd have a RO unit for your tanks
