do you dose kalk? I would recommend dosing kalk at night to increase Calcium levels. the increase in PH will be offset by the nightly drop in PH.

It looks like a fleshy growth about 1.5" long by 3/4" wide, flat, Tan/brown in color. fleshy to touch, smooth with a couple of bumbs (kinda of like the starting growth of polups???) the mouth looking thing looks like the opening you might see on a sea squirt like a little valcano.

I recently purchased a mushroom rock (ricordia). when I got it home I realized it had this brownish/tan growth on the side. It felt kinda fleshy. it's mostly smooth with a few knobuals and it has an opening (like a mouth). any ideas? is it good/bad?

Im pretty sure it's not caluerpa. I do however have some that came on my fiji. two kinds, grape and feather. This is more like little sprigs of grass. I can pull it out , it's almost like a litle tumble weed.
