Just to let you know, the super glue gel or the Gorilla Glue din't not work on the LR. I am going to try epoxy next. But thanks for the help guys.

I have the same stuff in my tank. I think it's snail slime or something like that. I notice it when snails flip on their back and try to flip back over they release some sort of slime.
