    i have an engineer goby that moves the sand around.... might be another choice for you. looks like an eel but is really a fish when full grown. fairly cheap too. ill try to get a pic of mine posted later.

    still a little shy but here he is.... and a few of the female and my powder blue tang. The female is still hiding alot too but at least they made it through the night and the tang doesnt chase the male around as much....

    something is not right with your water.....check everything again. When i had a problem with hair algae i got a big old sea hare. Kinda looks like a slug. get the biggest one you can find (had small ones and big ones and the little ones dont do anything). All they eat is hair algae.....

    What is the proper way to calculate wpg? i have 2 150 watt MH and 4X96 watts PC, so my total wattage is 684???? right ok i have a 75 gal tank but with my fuse it's more like 100 gal total for my system. so do i divide by 75...or 100? the lights are only going to be "lighting" the 75gal...

    best thing for mowing down hair algae.... get a big one. ive had 2 small ones (that i never saw eat any thing and finally vanished into thin air ) and ive had 2 big ones (around 5 or 6 inches long, both mowed down the forest of hair algae that had grown). make sur all your pumps and power...
