SW4 is right - A UV helps, but it doesn't take the place of a Q-Tank.

I've had good luck with two Oscellaris and a Royal Gramma in a 20L. That's about as much as I'd push it.

IMOHO, It might be better to just buy a cheapo computer UPS system. This would run a small powerhead for a few hours or longer, dependant upon the Powerhead and power capacity of the UPS unit. Go to compUSA, or somewhere like that and give it a shot. HTH

Khat, This would be an excellent time for you to buy a quarantine tank. Look at it this way - If you buy the quarantine tank, you can buy those fish sooner. Just don't add them to the main tank for about a month, as you seem to have had a pretty bad ich outbreak. But the Q tank... let it sit...
