    If you have sufficient flow in your tank there's no reason to spot feed them imo. If I was going to spot feed them i'd feed them Krill or Bryne Shrimp with a dripper, yes it's nice to see. I feel they will get all the nutrients hey need with proper flow and lighting and it's best not to stress...

    I have 4 Pincushion Urchins about 1-2 inches in my 80 gal. reef tank. I've noticed one of them seems to pick up little tiny pieces of live rock,rubble,and some empty turbo snail shells. They mostly eat algae off rock all day and clean up algae growth on the glass. This odd one keeps going...

    I have a Carpet about 5" in dia. i feed it 1-2 times a week 1 cube of frozen bryne shrimp.I take out a cube stir it in a cup of aqaurium water then use 10" tweezers and put the cube in its mouth. Even when using tweezers the two clowns I have attack me they are very protective. They nibble away...

    I have a 15-20 Gal. sump with a Superskimmer for 90 Gal setup. Nitrates are stable between 5-10 ppm (I'm wondering says here on my Red Sea test kit that for a reef tank Nitrates should be at 20 PPM ??)

    you can always get deals on lf from petland they don't know whats going on and most of the employees there don't know the dif. between a clown trigger and a clown fish. I recently got a Yellow Belly Blue Hippo Tang 3 or 4 inches for $29.99.
