I did have a cow fish die in my tank and wipe out all my fish . The fish did die over night so we didn't get him out right away. Didn't effect any of the corals just killed all the other fish. They are very delicate fish and easily stressed. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in. Good Luck :)

I have had my lobster for about a year and a half with no problems at all with fish or my shrimps. They all seem to live in perfect hamony. I feed my lobster the same thing I feed my tank and she seems to molt about every month and a half. Hope this helps.

Same thing with my shrooms I started them at the top of my tank and they stayed small and didn't look happy at all. I moved them to the bottom and they got huge :)

My LMB doesn't eat the alge he just picks it off and flings it in the water. Very funny to watch him fly around. Funny title by the way

I agree with the lawnmower mine made light work of the alge. I think he looks like a vampire though lol. Little white fangs on the side.

Try setting it up a little higher in your tank. Mine likes to be on the upper half of the tank. Just a thought.

This may be a stupid question but here goes. Do you have to put sun coral and chili corals under a ledge to keep the light off of them or doesn't it really matter?

My other test kits ran out I think its time I replaced them. Everthing was going fine test every month or so. All tests came back well within range. Nothing out of order except the new rock. Also new t5's could it be the lights?????

Its just white base rock. I rinsed it off and put it in the tank. My skimmer is going crazy since this has happened. The skimmer has never filled up so fast before. I tested for nitrates and it was in between 05-10ppm
