Thanks Brooklyn Johhny I have been looking at diy plans for a reactor and lit ooks like the way to go. Do you you think a SpectraPure Liter Meter will work and keep up with daily evaporation and supply the reactor with enough ro water.

I have been following this thread and I have a question. I understand the phosphate issue but i thought the purpose of the fuge was also to reduce nitrates in the system.

Has anyone used the lifegard scratch removal kit inside their tanks. I had an incident this weekend with my magnet and now have several scratches. I was wondering if this can be used underwater with affecting the fish and corals. Sparky

Kitty 65K,10,000K ect are the color spectrum of the bulb. The 15k bulb that you priced has a tint of blue so I don't think you would need to run actinic. I have the 10k Coralue bulbs and there are a nice crisp white. As far as where to put the bulb you would need to make a canopy for the tank...
