the live rock and my salt water rock along the bottom is turnig rust brown color. what kind of cleanup crew should i get to help with this. and is this normal to have? aquarium been running 3.5 weeks. 55 gal.

my puffer attacks everything. he messes with my clown as well. i was thinking about getting rid of him and getting a porcupine puffer instead. anybody familiar with them? :confused:

will he eat hermit crabs if i get some?

found valetini after my tang again this morning. was thinking about trading my puffer in for a porcupine puffer to see if they would get along instead.

looks like i may have to take the puffer back anyways. he picks on the yellow tang and my clown. do you think the porcupine puffer will be less aggressive towards my fish then the valetini that i have now?

what about another puffer with the one i have now?

for my valetini puffer to have eaten my cleaner shrimp? also can i out a porcupine puffer in with him?

Is there something you can do on say a weekly or everyday time frame to prevent this disease. or a certain cleaner fish that will help out alot.

hope you get a reply cause mine has the same little spot around his tail as well.

other clowns i can add with my cinnamon clown. noticed they usually don't get along well with others. just wondering.

he did pick on the clown as soon as i put him in and my clown has a white speck from where he poked at him. thats the only time i've noticed anything

thanks for the advice. didn't know that about them. last night was the first time i have noticed that about him.

valentini puffer may have eaten the tail off of one of my damsels. got home after work and there laid the damsel didn't if it was the puffer of the clown.

bought a yellow tang monday afternoon. he was doing fine until yesterday. got home last night and he had two white lines one on each side of his body. look liked somebody had took white out and wiped down his side. then this morning it has somewhat blended into his yellow color but you can...

thanks for help! just was trying to get alittle more action going on in the tank. the puffer seems to hide out behind the rocks and the tang is bout the only thing that moves around alot other than the cleaner shrimp that is everywhere.

you would recomend. i have: 1 yellow tang 1 cinnamon clown 1 valentini puffer just wanted some more ideas of other active fish to add with these guys. 55 gall tank :notsure:
