I have a 30gal hex tank that I want to change over to sw and set it up for a pair of seahorses. What do I need to do first? What type of equipment do I need to change over to? Can anyone tell me exactly what is best for them?
I need to know if ghost shrimp can live in saltwater? I want to feed them to my lion fish but dont know if i need to keep a seperate tank of freshwater for them or if i can just put them in my saltwater tank.
ok i finished!!! Just got everything back in and the water does look somewhat cloudy with lots of small bubbles...especially coming from my skimmer into my tank. I sure hope my fish do not die.
i have drained about half of the tank into trash cans and some into an icechest with my fish....i put some of the lr into the trash cans....do i have to remove all of the lr and water before i move it
I have to move my aquarium out by about 5 inches so that my protein skimmer will fit behind it. I have a 55gal with 50lbs of lr and 4 fish (yellow tang, lion, and 2 damsels) Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this?

i am sorry....didnt mean to start a contraversy. If my fish is not a dwarf then yes my tank is too small. But I bought it because the lfs told me it was a dwarf. I know my tank is still new and I have no intentions on adding anything right now but am only trying to plan my list of what I want...
