    Buying LR with Aitapsia

Put the rock in a quarantine tank until you can get rid of the aptasia. Maybe put a bunch of pep shrimp in with it.

What makes mushrooms grow and spread faster?

It really depends on what kind of mushrooms that you have. Some do well in shaded areas, and other need strong light. Could you take a pic and post it?

Every single one of my fish is now dead...

This might sound crazy, but did any of the dead fish have any wounds on them when you found them dead? The reason Im asking is im wondering if you have a Mantis Shrimp. They are very mean and will kill just for the fun of it. Be careful with your hands in the tank as they can leave a nasty...

    What eats copepods?

If your tank is really new, just give it some time. Pods come and go. There will always be some, but explosions in population like that are normal. They'll thin out on there own. I had them so thick in my 5 gal nano that you could hardly see through the glass when i first turned the lights...

should I buy 'used' live rock w/aiptasia

I'd at least buy it and throw it in a rubbermaid tub full of water, a heater and a powerhead to keep the good stuff alive, and no lights for a while. 100 lbs of rock at the lfs around hear would cost me almost 700 bucks!!

    Power is out...

ouch.... I'd borrow a generator to run my tank, or buy one. I'd be afraid of it getting too cold.
