    Would dual 400W MH plus 220W of pc be overkill on an 85 that is 24" deep. Any and every opinion is appreciated.

    Brain Freeze!

    I'm getting 2 250watt MH. Should i upgrade to pulse start or not. i've been reviewing previous posts(there were many) and still cant figure out if i should get a pulse start ballast because i dont know what bulbs will be best.     How much wattage?

    Want to upgrade my PC to metal halide. Found a couple cool retro kit and my question is what is the difference of corals i could keep by going with the dual 250 watts as opposed to 175. I will have 200 watts of PC running simotaneously. My 85 i about 24" deep. Please Help!!

    I want to add corals to my established tank. I am looking for a hight output light and dont want the algae my current lights are putting out. I have pc that put out 330 watts. Would a MH canopy with dual 175W 10K bulbs along with a 2 bulb PC canopy support good coral growth outside of shrooms...

    I currently have two rather small tomato clowns along with two pyjama cardinals, a coral beauty, a algae blenny, and a mandarin goby. They share an 85 mini reef and i was thinking of adding a small yellow tang. Anyone see any potential problems or have any thoughts????:rolleyes:

    Help Stocking a 300 gallon tank give me your dream tank..

    A tank full of schooling fish would be great, chromis and anthias along with a variety of clowns and others. Schools in that size of tank would really be fun to watch!:D
