i have the gate opened up all the way and i cant get it any lower. its about 3 "

i cut the tube so now the pump is a tiny bit off the ground so it would have to lift the pump to pop off....problem solved.. thanks for the help. ill post some pictures tomorrow for anyone that wanted to see...

ok so ursure it wont pop off? can i put some tape around it? maybe if i cut the hose shorter from the pump it wont be able to pop off right? its kinda long.. how much did u open up the gate when u first started it? thanks for the quick reply..

what is the best filter pad for a wet dry? i got the coralife 100micro and it cloged the holes so it wouldnt trickle and it almost overflowed.. what should i be using as the best floss or pad?

he is turning like yellowish and white. is he trying to camo to the white bowl he is in?

i dont have any exper. with fish sickness. this is the butter fly fish i got today this is my fish being aclimated...

i had a mag 3 with a proclear 75 wet dry and skimmer. along wiht a lot of micro bubbles. maybe you can go alitle higher then mag 3...depeneds on what your overflow is rated for....

so i really dont even need to do anything with it? i can plug it into the gfci outlet that i installed into the wall and let the little metal piece hang? and im curious as to why everyone says not to plug a ground probe into a outlet that isnt gfci? even though its not the case i am jsut curious....

ok so what do i do with teh little hanging metal circle? take the screw out and put it in the circle and screw it back in? do i need to turn the power off? my gfci isnt a plug, its teh actual outlet...

yes installed a gfci yesterday :) also when i plug it in should i plug it into the gfci or the power strip or does it not matter...
