1" ok, im goijng to do this and not touch it for a while...right now i have it almost to the bottom of the collection cup and im not getting and foam!....im goijng ot lower the water level 1" from bottom of the first clear tubing. ill see if anything happens in a couple days but so far nothing...

i got 1 roll of limo tint from autozone for 10$. its awesome. looks so smooth and clean

ok, it is open like 1/2 way now and i moved the gate valve like yours jon cat. should i close the gate more? and how high sould i have the water level in the tube? and i need a tube for the cup. i jsut havent had time to get one from the store cause it didnt come with one... thanks for the...

no skim yet...not even bubbles going near the cup. i know it need to be broken in but how much should i turn the gate?

here it is with the gate open about 3/4 of the way. im not sure what to do....

but i cant get my skimmer to have to the water level that low!.... and...should i have the gate all the way open or what? when i had my proclear 75 skimmer on it was skimming out alot of crap and this one hasnt done anything yet. so i just need to no where i should have the water level at now...

what kinda skimmer is it? either the gate or return from skimmer is closed. or if you have some airline tubing that could be closed too...
