    I Like to feed my pods and bristle worms once in a while!

    I put a little silverslide head in my fuge on top of the chaeto and they love it and attack it like flies on sh*t, Its usually gone in about 12 hours. I do this just to make sure they have enough to eat!

    Cleaner Shrimp

    My cleaner shrimp doesnt even clean himself, it is really hit or miss, if your tank is set up for it you might want to try a neon goby, NOW THIS LITTLE GUY CLEANS!

    The high temp may have killed something in your tank releasing amonia into your tank and you really have to work on bringing your nitrates down to at least 20-40ppm for starters.

    You can,, ive seen and they make intank fuges, the algae is the key, pods help if you have things that eat them but they are not detremental.

    Also, since your are getting just some damsels, the frozen food really isnt that detremental, you can get by with pellets found in any marine fish store, SPECTRUM A+ get the small size.
