29 gallon is not a beginner tank.a 75 to 100 gallon is.

The more solution the better the dilutions. Meaning the more water volume when something goes wrong its not as concentrated as in a smaller tank.really imo a 90 is the perfect size tank.but a 75 will do great.

I would stay away from the anemone. They are a head ache.you need alot more light for them.they move around the tank.get caught in powerheads and poison the tank.

Welcome.a flame angel is tough to keep even in a mature tank and yours is young and too small for one.best to add fish in a tank that small one at a time and 6 to 8 weeks apart.i really dont consider a tank mature for 8 to 12 months.alot goes on in a new tank

You can put 15 pumps.in the tank and still not match what the ocean does.not saying do that. But flow for one makes oxygen in the water.you still want a couple slow spots for the fish to rest. But still a little water movement so algae dont grow.the top of the tank to ripple a bit for gas...

Get some better salt.get what ya pay for with it.a good salt should yield 550 calcium or better.

You need to get some growth hormone. Doctors dont prescribe it much.but its a fountain of youth in a vial.ask about it.i bet the docs have no clue what it does.its expensive and alot of injections.i would be doing it if i could afford it.its one of those things like testosterone replacement it...

I must have a good doctor. He talks my ear off.last time he got my back straight with a couple steroid shots and started teaching me about icebergs. Actually i have had alot of doctors over the years and most didnt spend much time with me or have a clue what to do.guess i found a good one...

I agree with bang on what it is.it does grow fast and i am surprised the tangs dont touch it.

Also if you just poke them and they put out that white cloud .thats spores that multiply like crazy.myself since the hooby costs so much anyway i just go get a dozen shrimp.probably cost up to 100 dollars .but to me it beats trying to shoot them with a needle of joes juice.it would take too long

I have dealt with aptasia a bunch of times.i find that adding only a couple shrimp peppermints dont do much.they seem to hide.but if i added at least 10 or 12 they go to town.i had around 200 apastias at one poing some pretty big.the shrimp got rid of them in a couple weeks.that being said they...

Sorry didnt read all the posts.very easy get 5 gallo buckets put the fish and tank water in them.have more water ready .when you move the tank just wash the sand and rock then put it back together. If you need to know how to wash the sand let me know.fish arent that fragile if they are healthy.
