Before purchasing a fish from the lfs make sure it's eating. Take your own food into the store and feed the fish. lfs are in business to make money. Most don't care about the livestock once it leaves there store. Also a side note always test your lfs water quality.

My friend feeds his fish Romain Lettuce. Is there any nutritional value in this? He also feeds spinich. Same ???

I just picked up a fish from him. It took me a couple hours to slowly bring down the salinity.

I checked my friends salinity and it came up 1.030 on my refractometer. I run mine at 1.025. Where does everyone else keep there salinity?
