Got him to eat today. I moved the rock so I could get to him and he came out when I fed him. He ate about 3/4 of a fresh scalope which I think is pretty good. He just likes to lodge himself into tight spots which I think he is stuck. Is this normal? I have caves built for him but he...

I think he hasn't eaten anything yet and he just stays under the rocks all day. Is this normal. I figured when I put food in he would come out but he hasn't came out yet. Do you think he could be stuck?

Yes it was a up grade. All the water, rock, sand, and filters from my 165 gal went into this tank plus others.

I saved this poor baby out of a 40 gal and he is about 18" long. I put him in my 270 gal so he has plenty of room. I plan on feeding him shrimp, scalopes, squid, muscles, silversides, and what else should I feed him.
