I have 2 cleaners and a fire shrimp in my 46, never had any problems. I keep them pretty well fed also.

IMO, its not worth the effort just for that, I would just deal with it. I never completely tear my tank apart to clean, just use a powerhead and blow the rocks off really well every couple months.

In a 30 gal it is very unlikely that they will get along with each other, generally only one dwarf angel can be kept per tank as they are very territorial against on another. In larger tanks(~100 gal+) it can be done sometimes.

You could get a Royal Gramma.

They like meaty foods, probably every other day.

Mine did go faster when I added more water flow to my tank, not sure why it does though.

Looks pretty normal to me. I would probably do a water change get the trates lower though, you don't want them to get too out of hand.

I would probably use 2 #2's, I think the 3's would be too much.

For a carpet anenome you will need either T5 or mh, you can't put these in your standard hood.

Mandarins cannot live long term in a 10 gal. They need a good supply a copepods at all times for them to eat. You can buy copepods to add but it would need to be done VERY frequently to keep enough of them in the tank. It is generally recommended to have about 100 lbs of LR to keep them.

Just stack the rocks and make sure they are balanced, shouldn't use the back wall to balance them.
