    I also had a Huma snap and kill my lion. the Huma was 2", the Volitan was 15" with a 18" finspan. One bite to his throat and he was dead before he hit the bottom.

    Yellow Tang (Phil.)

    The difference between a Phillipino and Hawaiin Yellow Tang is the Phillipino one was caught with cyanide. YT's from there are often oddly shaped and don't grow to normal size, or live nearly as long.

    "Reef safe" does not refer to the safety of fish, but the compatability with everything else such as inverts. Arrow Crabs are notorious fish catchers.

    Honestly, I think you're the luckiest person in this story. You don't have to move, and you're mother wasn't just diagnosed with [hr] cancer. Try giving her your support and sympathy, and do not make her feel even worse by letting her know it's hurting you too.

    Are you talking about Christmas Tree Worms? The net info is correct. Place anwhere except within reach of aggressive corals or anemones, or in light beyond what a medium light coral would need. Don't buy them online if they will have to be shipped through an area where it may go below 65 degrees...

    Never buy anything from a tank labeled "assorted". This is not the name of the fish, it is an assortment of fish.     All of the above (except the puffer) and Chromis Damsels. It's also predicted that within 3 years or so, Coral Beauties and Flame angels will also be bred in captivity. There's also a class called "tank raised fish" where either eggs or larval fish are collected in the wild and raised in tanks.
