Your tank is small. Try a computer backup. I know the whole Carolina thing and thankfully never lost power during that ice storm. BUT when will you loose power??? Usually during the winter... SOOOOO get a battery backup for a heater and a battery powered air pump to keep the water...

Emperors do that. They are pretty lazy swimmers. They will swim sidways though. Alot of salwater fish will swim any which way if you watch them long enough. Anyways. I took care of a pair of adults where i worked for 2 months. They swam like that all the time.

I think you want one or two drops a minute but thats not speaking from experience. I personally wouldn't start dripping till i was sure about the drip count. As far as i know kalk is super concentrated and you can over dose.... :)

Finally a before pic of the tank I think from January. Notice the half dead brain and minus some rock and alot of corals.... I fed the brain practically nightly for several weeks untill he got some "skin" back and now his color has finally taken off after 3 months or so.
