there is only harm done to the tank if there is too much ozone released. Is this the need for the orp controller or can you manually dial it in. I hate to be ignorant on the subject, just want to make sure it is the right decision for the direction the tank is going. thanks

well it looks as if you have the sps at the top of the tank and have the powerhead directly blowing on it. as they say keeping sps you can never have too much turnover but my question is do you have the heads on a wave maker or something. you might want to vary the flow a bit so the coral...

what exactly is the purpose of running ozone. is it to enrich dissolved oxigen levels? also what is the purpose of an orp controller? I assume it is sort of like an aquacontroller for an ozone unit telling it to shut down and such?

temp? turnover? (gph) other corals in the tank pic? these things might help

they dont have any answer yet but what about the elegance coral sickness. they used to be kept easily in captivity and now they cant be kept at all due to this tissue necrosis disease they get.
