The cyano was there because something was feeding it, and it was out-competing other algae forms. Now that the cyano is gone the other algae does not have to compete for the extra nutrients to feed it and it's growing.

Looks like it is probably just diatoms. Normal stage of cycling. I think all new tanks get it at about the 1 month mark. It should just go away on it's own as the tank matures.

Some corals can be very finicky. Moving causes a lot of stress. I don't think 2 days is anything to be concerned about. Make sure they don't have too much light, I always recommend starting them at the bottom of a tank and slowly moving them to where you want them.

Can we get more specifics on the light? What type of lighting are you using? How close to the surface are the shrooms?
If they get to much light they will not grow, aquatic mushrooms are like normal mushrooms, the darker they're kept the bigger they get.
