i think im going to try out this coral, im really getting into the sps after the fact that i have completed my tank with tons of polys, and softies. Besides calcium and the coral vite do they need anything else to thrive

as far as getting them establised to the tank. is it delicate to get them to take to the tank conditions. as of right now i have a very large monti that is doing great, im running 2-250w metal halides, would the merulina take hold if placed towards the top of tank

ok, so i found some information about this merulina, and it says that it is a difficult species to maintain. Does anyone out there have any experiences with these, are they similar to keeping montiporas or is it a species to stay clear of.

i would hook up your sterilizer for sure, yes the sterilizer does cut back on your algae growth but more importantly it kills all your paricites too. Sterilizers are one of those pieces of equipment you dont see what they do but are needed. If you ever had any ich problems or any disease problem...

may be a dumb question but how does a chiller work, my friend who does not own a fish tank by the way told me that he thinks that there is freeon, like in a car.
