All maroons reguardless of the stripe color are the same species. The stripe color is yellow/white depending on where they are collected from. You can mix or match colors

I have never heard of anemones having parasites. The anemones nemocycsists with kill them. A fresh water dip and good shake should be enough for corals. I would reserve quarantine for fish only.

With power compacts the only host anemone I'd suggest is a bta, the others are more light demanding. Thank you, I just lost my octopus the other day. I am expecting a new one Tuesday.

I am into both although right now I have more maxi than minis. The color drives the price. The most common coloration pink/green usually run $20. The solid red mini runs about $200. have seen private parties selling for slightly less. Maxi minis on the other hand... most common color is green...

Some of them require higher lighting to retain their coloration. The blue/purple one I posted is one of those, it will fade under low light. I could tell you where to find them if you PM me with your email address.
