    I'm making Stew!!

No, really, this is a big thing for me lol... My mom gave me a crock pot for my birthday 2 years ago and i've never taken it out of the box - I'm just not a cooker!! But, I'm trying to learn....Basically I just threw a bunch of vegetables into the pot with some vegetable broth and carmelized...

    jelly fish

Most jellies require specialized tanks (like the round ones you see in big Aquariums) or they get caught up on things. (upside down jellies not included) There are sites that sell jelly tanks but they are not easy on the wallet!!

what did you pay for your live rock?

$7-$9/lb from the LFS - you just can't get it less than $6 here and the stuf for $6 is pretty sketchy... I just paid over $100 with tax for the last 10 LBs I bought of "Bali Alor" - beautiful shapes but NOTHINg has come out of it!! (oh well, at least that's nothing bad either!!)

    Can anyone identify this thing?

The worms inside the rock are relatively easy to care for, they are filter feeders but the porites (coral) part requires very strong lighting like MH or very good T5's. That's a good price!

Help me pick my Mom's Christmas present!

I have a biocube and love it, even when my ballast died for no reason I had no problems getting it replaced for free by the company! They shipped a new one right away. Plus I like that it is glass and very hard to scratch when cleaning the glass (Vs other acryllic models)

I thought so too, I love the red and green, even tho it's small it really stands out in the tank.
