Your selections are super and If you do choose to add anythign else, stay on the small side. A royal gramma or a flame hawk would add some additional color. I commend you on doing it right and asking first before doing. There are great opinions on how long between fish....my opinion is anywhere...

If your tank is 2 years old it's well established. You already have about 18 inch of fish in a 75 which is really more like 65 when counting for water displacement. I'd add the flame first then add the emperor AND BE SURE TO GET THE LARGER TANK. YOU WILL NEED IT. Good luck.

Cleaner shrimp , as you found out the hard way, will not last w/ hawkfish. AS far as 2 hawks in a tank, I have a flame and spotted(falco) in a 125 w/ no probs. They're great fish. I think a falco or flame in a 15 or 20 s/b fine. Plenty of L/R needed.
