Temperments of snowflakes can vary greatly. My snowflake is far from docile. He bit out a hunk of my clownfish :scared: . He also can be very agressive, he got a hold of a niger trigger, though the trigger was unharmed.

Looks great! Kind of reminds me of what my 300 gallon (tall) is going to look like, I am going to have a secondary aquarium under the tank for my snowflake eel that will be visable through the stand.

My sump fuge for my 300 gallon in progress is 150 gallons, half the size of my tank.

We welded the frame together today, tomorrow I am going to grind the stand then Tuesday its off for its powder coat.

It is going to be a room divider. I went with the starphire glass because I had an 85 gallon acrylic and the scratches drove me crazy, sure you can take them out but that is a pain.

Isn't a sequence too powerfull? I got my lights and some of my plumbing today, but UPS busted one of the 400watt HQI pendents, but a new one is on the way. :jumping:

The blue throat trigger should be fine, it is considered one of the few "reef safe" triggers. You just have to watch them around shrimp.

The aquascaping looks great! How you have your live rock and coral arranged gives great depth perception!

I had a tank like Sea Clears by Tenecor and I personally think they are horrible. You don't have a lot of room to aquascape, lose about 5-6inches. If you want to upgrade to a bigger pump you may not be able to do so because of the size issue. You also don't have many good skimmer options...

I decided to go with the PFO 10000K 400 watt HQI bulbs. I am not sure what I am going to put in it . The only thing that is going in for sure is my snowflake eel that is going to go in my sump/aquarium.
