    I have a 46g and 75g with hang on the back overflows and a 240g drilled and drilled is the way to go. If you search online there is alot of DIY builts you could get info from. It'll take some work but I think you'll like the look and the easy of it.

    how much sand?

    I have 80 in my 46g, 110 in my 75g and about 280 in my 240g. I try and get mine where it's about a 2.5-3 sand bed roughly.

    When wife gets home we'll start moving in the sand!!!! Have about 260 lbs of it to move and I'm actually off work for 2 weeks with a back injury so I'll take any help I can get. Kept quite a bit of seed water in it so we don't lose any good stuff

    Mine is always hiding in the rocks and I bought him 4 weeks ago. My tank is in my loft so from time to time I can look up and see him doing his deed but if I walk up to the tank he shoots back into the live rock.
