NM Reef, thanks for the reply and thanks for re-sizing. How did you do that?? What program did you use?? I'd really like to know. Anyhow, I've had this coral for about 8/9 months. it sits on the sand bed in good current and has been very happy. No jelly-like substance anywhere. Nothing fell...

What a beautiful puppy!! Love the rich color and the black mask. Who knows what else is in him......although he looks a little "houndy" so maybe ridgeback or something. We showed a beautiful Chow Chow many moons ago that was the sweetest dog in the world, Ch. Charkays Grand Marnier O'Palm, aka...

Hmmmm, my pipe organ coral has popped it's tops

My pipe organ coral has popped off most of it's little polyp tops!! Do they do this, or is something wrong with it. I've been watching the fish closely all day and haven't seen anyone picking at it. At first I suspected the filefish, but this coral sits at the bottom of the tank and the file...

could anyone post pic of colorful fish

My melanarous wrasse was about 2 1/2 inches when I got him. He's about 5 inches now. Hoping he doesn't grow any more. He's a very easy keeper. Eats anything and everything I offer. Does not pick on the corals or the inverts and gets along with all the fish. You need a DSB because he buries...

Bang Guy, pics of your prolific pink tip :)

I'd be happy to send one to anyone. i just have to dislodge it from the rock. If you send me enough $$ to pay for the box and shipping I'd be happy to do so. Or if you're in the Chicago area you can come pick one up. They are small, so don't be surprised when you get one.

    Olympus C-720

I don't have unlimited funds to spend on a camera. This is in price range, around $400.00. Is it worth the money. I'm looking for something good enough for posting pics on web and that's about it. Thanks Rye.

anyone have a panther grouper or know about them?

I had one many moons ago and all i can tell you is if you get them small you shouldn't have much trouble with other fish. But they can get very large and need a large tank and have BIG appetites.
