I know just how you feel. before I started a sump it was confusing to me as well. a basic sump is just a smaller tank under your display with a drain from your DT and a return back to the DT. just search diy sump on google and you'll find some great results.

that light is fine for all fish. you could also keep soft corals and a few lps. If the eheim is a canister filter, I would instead recommend setting up a sump if you haven't already set up your tank. For me, canisters only brought trouble

one benefit of having a sump is that the overflow constantly takes water in, preventing this from happening. and +1 on the powerhead thing

so the it has the fiji and the procolor? will the fiji alone be that harsh along with my other bulbs?

ok, so i think i made a good combo for my tank: all ATI: blue plus blue plus aquablue special fiji purple aquablue special blue plus will this combo give me more of a blue look? i know the fiji purple will bring out the reds, but will it cancel out the blue feel? would that give me the best...
