Pond foam is UV resistant. But you get around that by coating in epoxy which you do anyway to attach the sand.

If you have 5 gallon buckets just fill those and put everything in them, if you don't, buy them. If making water is too much of a hassle save as much as you can. Clean the other 45 and just replace it, or fix the leak if you can. Put HOBs and heaters on the buckets with fish and corals powerhead...
