For your size tank geek I would definately advise turnip greens to spur growth. My Naso and blue really exploded when I started using these.

I think a yellow is a better choice for your size tank. Should be fine but remember to feed seaweed everyday. Not to Jack your thread but Tara how big and old is your Naso? What do you feed him?

I have used the instant ocean one for 5 years and have no problems. As long as you clean it with fresh water after each use it should be ok. I also keep my water at 1.023 to give it a little plus or minus in either direction.
