I'd go with Tonga all the way, its real nice and light.

Thats kinda what it sounds like.....it may also have gotten too stressed out during the move. I have had some really experience aquriaists tell me that if you are going to have a tank with mandarian's in it, you need to devote it to a couple of mandarians and thats it, because the bigger fish...

How long has your tank been up....it may not be finding the copepods it needs to eat.
