I have two overflow chambers, and I am interested to know if there is an issue with placing a skimmer inside one of the chambers. It will need to be a relatively small footprint, possibly a Tunze 9005.

I have been reading about the cleaner clams, and it seems there is a lot of differing opinions on them. Was hoping to get some feedback on the good and the bad on these clams. We all know they are ugly, but they live under the sand....so who cares.

Well I do not pretend to be a conch expert, but I have never heard of them eating fish. If it doesn't work out, you can always fry it up and then use the shell for a musical instrument.

You can google "strombus" and go to Images. At 6 inches for consumption.... my best guess would be Strombus Gigas or "Queen Conch". I have a tiger conch myself and I like it. Mine splits its time both on top of the sand and burrowing in the sand.

There are several different conch's. Do you know what species?
