Yes it is a carribean spiny lobster. It has gotten to big and it harms corals.

Ok i found out how to put a 2x36 watt pc retro it in the hood. Now I got to order the tank. This November Im gonna order the live rock. This way ill be on vacation so ill be home to get it. I will probably buy the retro kit after I get the live rock. Thanks for all of your help!

Asbury030, What kind of lighting do you have in that?

Hey, I dont want to bother you guys but it would be really helpful if you could tell me how much room is in that hood to put lighting. I am planning on getting the nanocube but I want to make a plan for lighting first. It would jsut be really helpful. Thanks, Alex

Would a little perecula clown and a cleaner shrimp work? For corals I would like some ricordia and maybe some xenia. Would zoos work? Will most polyps work? I will be upgrading the light later on probably after it cycles. Im still going to see if I can put more light in the hood. I found a web...

What about the nano cube? I know it doesnt come with a lot of light but what kind of corals could go in there? Im guessing its filter and pump is good. What kind of fish could fit in this? Its 12 gallons.

I am buying a 5 gal minbow for my room and I want to add light. I was wondering if it is possible to take the 15 watt pc light it comes with and switch the socket around with a dual light socket. Than I would put two skrew in 10 watt pc bulbs. Can the ballast handle this? if anyone has any info...
