the shark will do ok in that tank for quite awhile but you MUST UPGRADE in the future. And you gotta have strong/big filtration, skimmers, refugium,ect....
speaking about refugiums, what are more effiecent, hang on refugiums or sump refugiums? Dont think i will be getting a sump/refugium for x-mas but with x-mas money from relatives i will be able to get one. Sorry, not trying to hijack your thread.

I have one, a pain at first setting up because of all the wet foam, but its generally good. It cost around $200 something but if price isn't hell for you then go with a better skimmer.

i would just keep the reef Mitzel, the smallest shark avaiable would be a coral cat shark, which could be kept in a small tank for a minimal amount of time, a nice starting tank for one would be a 125gal, but will need to upgrade later in th future.

guess what! Hes eating!!! I got him some scallops and mussels.....he doesn't seem to want to eat them either, just krill and squid. I will try gulf shrimp sometime, but man do i have a picky eel.
