    went home for lunch to check, Ph was was down but not horrible. Applied buffer appropriately and will do further testing tonight. Harlequin Tusk is still laying on the bottom but is hanging in there. Still hope he pulls through... anything that I can do to help when I get home?

    sailfin/yellow tangs are just as suspectible to disease/problems as other tangs but are considered more hardy b/c they recover better and respond better to meds/quarantine from what I have read

    If u use a wet/dry, how much LR do you have?

    the setup came with a UV and skimmer pictured below. I will have the skimmer setup in the wet/dry and the UV separate. Only thing I am missing now is a pump. For FOWLR a 10x turn over rate would be what I should go for right?

    I picked up some "garlic guard" at the LFS, just go ask them. have seen some people on here that will dice fresh garlic for the food to soak in too.

    silversides thawed with some garlic and vitamins soaked in. mine loves to chase ghost shrimp for a treat every now and then. have also seen him eating the algea sheets put in there for the foxface.
