i have a 72 inch oddysea and wanted to upgrade the ballast to maybe an ice cap ballast,has anyone done it before and if so,did u have any problems?

did u count the rotations on the air adjuster.1 to 2 full turns will get rid of those bubbles!i had the same problem and now mines work fines!

lmo,i went to walmart,got a 2 gallon water container wit the flip top control valve,5 bucks i then took the device that comes wit ur power head to hang it on the side of the tank and i use it to control the flow into my tank from the container.next i mixed the calcium in a 5 gallon water bottle...

im usin a marine test kit and a aqua for the ph and phos i did a big water change last nite,20 gallons,no additives added just salt seems to be workin good,will be monitoring it with a hawk eye for any problems!

do u still need carbon if u have alot of lr?the carbon i bought says phosphate freeandyet i need that for my lr,what do i do?if i use carbon,how much?can anyone help?

i went and got a little water purifer from walmart,20 bucks,refill18-20 bucks,u get 100 gallons out of it,plus if u hook it to a water hose or sink u never have to worry about evaporation
