I'm setting up a 90 gal reef tank and wanted your advice on minimum lighting that will support a coral or two and some mushrooms. Any assist will be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have the tube that goes from the intake to a canister plugged with something?
I have a female maroon clown that I've had over 2 years and she is now not eating, acting lethargic and swimming slowly and eratically.
Her color has changed from a bright maroon to a dull maroon. She also appears to be gasping.
She's also now at the top of the tank with her mouth at the top...

All of my other fish, including a male clown seem to be doing...
Thanks for the advice. I am researching the problem, but I think I still need to deal with the algae that's already grown. I would have ordered one from SWF but didn't see them for sale here, hence the request for purchasing one.
Thanks again.

:help: Where can I order a Sea Hare online? My LFS isn't able to get one for some reason. Need one to help with the green algae problem. :help:
Thanks,
I've been told, that the cannister is to prevent a backflow of some sort which stops the skimmer from overflowing. I don't know this for a fact, that's what my LFS told me.
Any truth to that???
What's the best way to treat against green hair algae and get rid of it if you continously get it? I've got my lighting down to about 8 hours a day now. Also, I use RO water from my LFS. :help:
:help: I don't know. I've adjusted the red knob to the level recommended and also set the box in the tank how it's supped to be set. ALso, trimmed the tubing down in the bubble diffuser down to about 1" above the sponge material in the diffuser box.
I have a ton of bubbles coming up and over...
[hr]
Having some trouble with way too many bubbles coming from the "bubble-production diffuser cup" which sits down in the water in the tank (not the collection cup on top of the skimmer).
How do I reduce the bubbles overflowing from the cup into the tank? Thanks,
Mike
