Can you get "cured" live rock shipped or do you have to cure all shipped rock yourself? If so where can I get it, online prices seem 1/2 the local stores but it might be worth the curing ordeal. SWF.com didn't describe their live rock as "cured" or "pre-cured" so I'm not sure whether I'll have...

ok, but what about powerheads & pumps? does a w/d require a sump in the tank or only a pump underneath? How do I get alot of circulation in the tank without several powerheads hanging all over the place?
